Where is Jockimo located?
Jockimo is located on the West coast but we produce in various locations across North America. We ship our glass products anywhere in the world.

What is Jockimo Glass?
Jockimo cast glass (also know as "slumped") is kiln-fired glass that conforms to custom designed hand-made molds, producing unique and elegant molded glass creations.

Can you make custom designs?
At Jockimo we specialize in custom designs. Virtually any "look" can be created with Jockimo AAG glass. We can customize not only the design but also the fabrication via shapes, holes, notches, etc.

Do you provide quotations?
Yes, we provide free quotations. Simply fax (949.251.1560) a dimensional drawing to us and we will provide you with a written quotation within 24 - 36 hours. Please make sure to note the thickness of the glass and the Jockimo texture that interests you. We will call you once we receive your fax to discuss your project, if required.

Can Jockimo Glass be provided as safety glass and is it durable?
Yes, Jockimo Glass has all the strength of regular glass and the majority of Jockimo textures can be tempered, laminated, and even made into insulated units.

What is the maximum size you can produce?
Our maximum size capability is 96" x 130" - the largest in the industry. (Each texture varies based on technical details.)

What are your production lead times?
Standard production lead times are 5 - 7 business weeks from the date of order confirmation. (Please contact us if you require quicker turn around times.)

Is Jockimo Cast Glass expensive?
Jockimo Cast Glass is more costly than regular glass but is not as expensive as one may think. Contact us for a free estimate.

What colors & thicknesses are Jockimo Glass available?
Jockimo Glass can be produced in standard thicknesses from 1/8'' to 3/4". See the standard colors (tints) available by clicking the links on the left.

How do you ship? All Jockimo Glass is packaged in custom-made wooden crates that are produced individually for each order. Shipments are typically made by common carrier, but other shipping methods are available as well. (Additional costs for crating may apply.) All freight is shipped FOB Jockimo studio.

What are your payment terms?
50% deposit is required with order, balance is due prior to shipment of order.

Do you have samples to send customers?
Yes. Please visit our Contact page and provide us your information and a list of samples that you are interested in.

Do you have literature to send customers?
Yes, we have both an electronic and printed binder. However, our website remains our best source to provide customers with the latest updates.
