Please first request a quotation from Jockimo Inc. Upon receiving your quotation please follow the instructions below.

1. Please notify Jockimo of your approval by initialing in each location on your Jockimo quotation and signing on the "approved by" line to confirm dimensions, quantities, and product identification. Please fax to 949-251-0126.

2. Forward 50% down payment via company check to our CA location. (To expedite please use UPS or Fed Ex. US Mail can take longer to arrive.) 3. Please email a CAD file and pdf for any custom shape to our CA location.

As soon as we receive the above items we can schedule your project and begin production. Upon receipt of all items we will send you our Jockimo Order Confirmation paperwork.
