Sample Requests: Our glass samples are free. If you would like to receive samples, we ask that you simply provide us with your shipping account number to cover the shipping charges. (Usually $3 - $5 domestically.)

The average weight for samples is 5 lbs. The box size is 12" x 10" x 9". Fill in the form and develop a pdf label. You can email this label to us and we will ship the samples to you. The sample will ship from:

Samples of Living Surface™ products are available. They are costly to produce and also are in high demand and for these reasons we offer two methods for sampling:

1.) A library system. We send the sample to our customer using their UPS or FedEx #, and they agree to send the sample back to us at their cost after the review/presentation. (This period of time is within a couple of weeks of receiving.)

2.) Payment. We charge for the sample and our customer can keep it to use as they chose.
